This cook smock fabric weight is 5 oz/sq yd which is almost 20% less than 6 oz/sq yd alternatives and is short sleeved, so the weight/sleeve combination helps with this being breathable and being able to move around more. Furthermore, this features a poplin weave which makes the garment smoother to the touch, durable and wrinkle resistant.
